About the role
As a PA Coordinator within Global Business Services, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior leaders and enabling the smooth operation of our global finance processes. You'll be the go-to person for coordination, communication, and organisation-ensuring our leaders can focus on driving performance and transformation across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and enjoys working with diverse teams across geographies.
Your responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior GBS leaders, managing internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and global time zones, ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritisation.
- Organise travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and expense reporting.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership meetings and business reviews.
- Support the coordination of team events, workshops, and virtual engagements across the GBS Finance network.
- Maintain digital filing systems and shared drives to ensure easy access and version control of key documents.
- Collaborate with other PAs and coordinators across Reckitt to ensure alignment and consistency in support practices.
The experience we're looking for
- Experience in a PA, EA, or team coordinator role, ideally within a shared services, finance, or multinational environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); experience with SAP Concur or similar tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for enabling others to succeed.
