Red Recruitment is recruiting Registered Nurses passionate about providing great customer service. This role is working for an outsourcer, on behalf of their client who provides medical treatments. You will be required to assist customers with their queries and provide medical advice when required.
This is a temporary, fully remote position, therefore, you must have an appropriate set up including a second screen to do this job and you will be required to be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
They must be available to do full time training 3rd Nov through to the 7th Nov 9am to 5:30pm and available all days.
Package for a Registered Nurse:
- Salary: 13.50 per hour
- Hours: We are recruiting for several roles with allocated shifts which could include -
- Monday to Friday - 10am to 2pm
- Monday to Friday - 4pm to 9pm (we can accommodate 5pm to 10pm)
- Weekends 8am to 2pm and/or 2pm to 8pm both Saturday and Sunday
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Location: Fully remote
- Full training will be provided for first week, 9am - 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse:
- Answering webchat and telephone queries from customers
- Providing medical assistance to customers and providing them with the best advice
- Ensuring each customer receives great service and has their query or concern answered
- Logging all calls and ensuring customer information is kept up to date
- Ensuring your medical knowledge regarding the various treatments is kept up to date
Key Skills and Experience of a Registered Nurse:
- You must be a Registered Nurse with Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) to be considered for this role
- You will be expected to have strong IT skills
- Great customer service skills is required
- You should show empathy to customers at all times
- You will need to be able to work from home comfortably with an appropriate setup
