  • Proficiency in systems engineering tools such as DOORS, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar.
  • Experience with aircraft configuration management and integration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Understanding of aircraft certification processes is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with propulsion systems, flight controls, or avionics is a plus.
