- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering within the aerospace or defence industry.
- Demonstrable experience in defining system requirements, architecture design, and V&V processes.
- Proficiency with systems engineering tools and methodologies (e.g., DOORS, MATLAB/Simulink).
- Strong understanding of aerospace systems, including avionics, propulsion, structural, and control systems.
- Experience with system integration, testing, and validation is essential.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with relevant aerospace standards (e.g., ARP4754, DO-178C, DO-254) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing on-site collaboration in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, UK with remote working flexibility.
