Your New Role:

You will actively support the individuals to achieve self-advocacy and promote independence. The role will also include involvement in education needs such as homework or revision. What You'll Need to Succeed:

In addition to this, you will need experience dealing with challenging behaviour that can be displayed both verbally and physically.
