What You'll Need to Succeed:
To succeed in the role of children's support worker, you will need a minimum on 1 years' experience working directly with children with emotional behaviour disorder and complex needs. In addition to this, you will need experience dealing with challenging behaviour that can be displayed both verbally and physically. You will also need the ability to stay calm and positive in challenging situations. It is essential for the role that you have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle with business insurance.
