This role is varied and will provide exposure to different parts of our Markets business for ongoing career development. To get started we are looking for:
+ Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a demonstrable track record of delivering projects that achieve measurable business outcomes. Project experience in Financial Services domain.
+ Domain Expertise: Knowledge of Financial Markets products and services and wider-Banking domains will provide the ability to credibly challenge and drive solutions. An understanding of how technology solutions are critical to business outcomes within these domains is essential.
+ Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically and strategically about how solutions contribute to business outcomes. Uses strong analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.
+ Data Skills: Demonstrable experience in working with large data sets in Excel or more advanced tools and ability to drive insights from data.
