**Analyst: Technology Reporting Analyst**
**Department Overview**
The Technology Reporting & Service Catalogue team is part of the IT Planning, Reporting, and Administration department (IPR). The role of the IPR department is to ensure communication and liaison with Head Office (HO) in Tokyo, for both Bank and Securities, as well as accountability for EMEA Technology wide reporting, management of resourcing processes, management of asset processes and administration of wider planning processes including annual budget planning.
The Technology Reporting team provides central reporting which covers all of EMEA Technology. This team has built and maintains a framework for standardised and accurate reporting, as well as control of performance reporting and communication which includes the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and service level agreements (SLA's) across departments in EMEA Technology.
**Purpose**
The primary purpose of the Reporting Analyst is to ensure that reports which the CIO of EMEA Technology needs to provide to the relevant executive committees are complete, accurate, and submitted to the relevant governance committee contacts on time. The Reporting Analyst should act as a control gateway ensuring content is of a high standard before submission for CIO approval.
The Reporting Analyst should work with the report creators and contributors to ensure that that the requirements for executive reports are clearly understood and fully incorporated into the reports and materials produced, ensuring that reports are produced to a sufficiently high calibre in order to receive CIO sign off. This involves being aware of topics covered in previous committee meetings, understanding latest incidents and trends across Technology, and working with Technology SMEs to propose key narratives for Technology executive reporting.
Much of the time of the Reporting Analyst is spent collaborating with Technology SMEs to produce executive report materials. Executive report topics cover a wide range of areas, examples include updates on AI Technology Risk; updates on Operational Resiliency items; specific 'deep dives' into events such as the global Crowdstrike incident; information on recovery plans in the event of a Ransomware attack; etc
**Responsibilities**
Ensure reports are of high quality before submission to CIO. Review content submitted by contributors to ensure it is of appropriate quality and standard for the report audience. Amend content where appropriate, whilst validating with author that core message has been maintained. Understand and manage the timelines and deadlines for creation and submission of reports to each executive committee including BRC, ExCo, IMC, EMRC, Audit committee, and any other forums to which the CIO is required to report Gather and understand report requirements, accurately communicate these requirements to the report contributors and authors (typically technology SMEs), and collaborate with stakeholders to meet submission deadlines Coordinate the submission of content from report contributors and authors, to meet report deadlines Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues where report submission does not meet expected quality or is expected to miss deadline. Maintain an awareness of general topics and issues across Technology, and how they may relate to or impact reporting. Write executive summaries for each of the reports, condensing information where required. Rewrite submissions from departments where they do not meet the reporting standard. Educate departments where submissions are lacking. Automate reports using PowerBI, Excel or any other tool necessary.
**Key Skills**
Fluent English - native English speaker with strong grammar skills.
Concise writing - ability to express complex topics in clear, concise narrative.
Ensuring key messages are maintained and are conveyed in a manner appropriate for senior executive audience.
Time Management - ability to manage the creation of several reports concurrently, each with individual deadlines, and with several dependencies between reports. Inter-personal - ability to build relationships with and work closely with key stakeholders and contributors to reports.
Consistency - ability to deliver consistently high-quality reports. Ability to ensure similar messages are delivered consistently across several reports and to several audiences.
Curiosity - take an interest in the running of the Technology department and the MUFG business. Keep abreast of technology and finance industry events and trends. Be curious about the topics covered in each report. Ensure key topics across Technology, MUFG, and the wider industry are appropriately discussed in reports.
Ownership - take ownership of work produced and reports submitted to the CIO. Communication - strong communication skills in person, via email, or via messenger.
Presentation - experience creating and editing impactful PowerPoint presentations. Dashboards - background in creating effective dashboards, particularly using PowerBI Automation - capable of leveraging python powerBI, SQL, excel macros, and other tooling to automate manual steps.
Data - ability to manipulate and interpret large data sets from several sources. Knowledge of and practical experience applying data quality principles. Capable of extracting theme's and trends from raw data, and re-formulating these into a concise narrative. Technology - conceptual understanding of technology foundations such as infrastructure (databases, operating systems, networks), cyber security, SDLC. Awareness of financial services software an advantage.
Business - knowledge of business topics such as finance, profit and loss, management. Awareness of financial services business models an advantage.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Audience Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and ongoing integrity of our audience data for sophisticated marketing and outreach campaigns, with the overall goal of supporting revenue generation (via ticket sales) for our Women’s summits. The Responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting:

Requirements

As a Data Analyst at Stakemate, you’ll take ownership of our analytics, event tracking, and reporting, helping us understand every interaction users have on our proprietary social sportsbook. You will work directly with our Product Team, ensuring we have complete tracking coverage, powerful insights, and accurate models to drive retention, growth, and monetisation. Your work will directly influence how we design features and experiences that change how users consume sports betting entertainment.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as the data champion in the product team, ensuring every product decision is data-driven.
  • Obsess over behavioural data to find drop-off points, cohort trends, identify issues and actionable insights.
  • Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive event taxonomy across our React Native app, using Mixpanel and Segment. Ensure critical flows are fully instrumented, tracked, and optimised.
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards (retention, churn, funnels, user journeys, LTV) in Mixpanel, PowerBI, and similar tools.
  • Set up automated alerts and retention tracking to proactively identify issues or growth opportunities.
  • Measure impact of A/B tests of onboarding, retention, and engagement experiments, working closely with CRM, Growth and Product teams.

Build LTV and churn models, iterating toward machine learning-driven predictions to support marketing and CRM optimisation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst preferably in consumer mobile apps, sports, gaming, retail, or e-commerce.
  • Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics and machine learning, as well as exposure to marketing and CRM analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Segment, and event-based tracking systems; proven ability to design and own event taxonomies.
  • Strong SQL skills (complex joins, CTEs, performance optimisation) and proficiency with data visualisation tools (Mixpanel, Looker, or equivalent).
  • Experience in cohort analysis, funnel tracking, LTV modeling, and retention analytics.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams (React Native) and using Jira to work in an agile environment.
  • Passion for digging into data to understand user behavior and influence product strategy.
