Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and patient safety protocols is required. The Head of Cleaning Services will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all assigned healthcare sites. This includes managing a large team of cleaning staff, ensuring compliance with rigorous health and safety regulations, optimising resource allocation, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring patient safety and a positive environment for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning strategies and operational plans for multiple healthcare facilities.
