The role:
- Advising on high-stakes competition litigation, including:
- Private enforcement and follow-on damages claims
- Multi-jurisdictional disputes
- High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal proceedings
- Supporting clients on:
- Regulatory investigations
- Merger control and antitrust advisory work
- Collaborating with colleagues across Europe, Asia, and Australia
- Taking on client-facing responsibilities and mentoring junior team members
About you:
- Qualified Solicitor with ideally 2-5 years’ post-qualified experience in UK or EU competition law from a leading law firm
- Strong background in competition litigation and enforcement
- Experience before the High Court and/or Competition Appeal Tribunal
- Excellent academic credentials (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
- Commercially minded, proactive, and collaborative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
