  • As an assembly operative you will be working in a fast-paced environment assembling various products.
  • Reading and working to engineering drawings
  • Quality inspection
  • Using various hand tools and experience with torques controlled guns
  • Work within a team and resolve any assembly issues that may arise.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Basics
- Rate: 12.31ph Starting Rate
- Shift: Mornings
- Monday to Thursday 6am to 2pm/ Friday's 6am to 12noon
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Rate: 12.31 (Overtime rates paid at a higher rate) Overtime rate dependent on when completed.
- Uplifts are available dependent on satisfactory review:
* After 12 weeks - Uplift 1 - 12.68
* After 24 weeks - Uplift 2 - 13.05

Duties:
* Working as part of a team on multiple assembly lines throughout the site.
* Building up different types of vehicle turbos from engineering drawings and schematics.
* Build using small components and various hand tools.
* Intricate assembly work using small delicate parts.
* Candidates will need to have good hand eye coordination and excellent attention to detail to ensure each build has great quality.

Ideally:
* You will have experience in an assembly environment.
* Have experience using hand tools, jigs and other equipment.
* Have access to your own vehicle to be able to commute to and from work due to location and shift times
