Client Experience

• Deliver an exceptional luxury childrenswear experience that reflects the highest standards of service.
• Lead by example in building strong, lasting client relationships and acting as a brand ambassador.
• Guide the team in managing client databases, reviewing communications, and strengthening post-purchase engagement.
• Support CRM initiatives to nurture client loyalty and enhance repeat business.

Operations & Standards

• Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, replenishment, and maintenance of both shop floor and stockroom.
• Ensure deliveries are processed efficiently and in line with brand standards.
• Liaise with HQ and local contractors for maintenance or repair needs.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and support timely execution of seasonal displays.

Profile

• Minimum 2 years’ retail management experience (luxury or premium sector preferred).
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with HQ.
• Commercially focused, with proven ability to deliver sales results and execute effective strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and engage a diverse team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Awareness of international clientele and ability to adapt to evolving market needs.
• Confident with retail POS systems, Microsoft Office, and professional digital communication tools.
