We are looking for an experienced Audit Partner or Director to join a growing Audit division in Glasgow. This role is central to the firm's growth strategy in Glasgow, following two recent acquisitions in the area, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to succession planning and business development efforts.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior Audit professional to join one of the largest audit teams in Glasgow. You will manage and expand a portfolio of mid-market clients, primarily focusing on PE-backed businesses and OMBs with turnovers of £40M to £50M and above. You will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities within the mid-tier sector, expanding the client base, and helping to integrate two recent acquisitions. This position combines client engagement with some soft BD responsibilities, allowing you to make a significant impact on the firm's growth in Glasgow.

Requirements
- 3+ Years’ experience in the audit profession; with a deep understanding of industry stakeholder drivers & priorities. ICAEW & ACCA qualified.
- Ideally, proven experience in Sales in a commercial or customer facing role with a proven track record of winning deals
- Strong technical background with a good understanding of the audit processes and compliance standard.
- Comfortable and confident in delivering technical presentations / demos to either customers or internal teams
- Able to think creatively about a wide variety of challenges.
- Commercial awareness and the ability adapt quickly to market dynamics;
- Pervious Asset Management experience would be advantageous ;
- Excellent communication skills and a personality that builds happy client relationships;
- Desire to be part of and to help grow a great team;
- A passion for technology, innovation and working with high growth start-ups - enjoys working in fast-paced non-hierarchical teams;
- Ability to create partnerships that will lead to additional revenue and a broader product offering;
- A collaborative approach, working with multiple departments.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Prior experience in a technical sales role is highly desirable.
The role includes the ability to work remotely however travel to both customers and events in UK would be a key part of the role.
