Automotive Service Advisor required near Enfield
up to £35,000 basic salary
Monday to Friday only
This is a genuinely great opportunity to join a business that rarely recruits and is looking to support the Directors in their running of the garage.
Established since the 2000’s this Independent Specialist requires a customer facing Advisor to assist with all customers as well as workshop loading. You will be welcomed into a closely knit team and family that holds its customers and staff at its core.
The business is known for the quality of work and as the local specialist – as such your initial contact with the customer will be key to defining their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and scheduling services li>Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
- Providing additional services including service plans
- Maintain high standards of inventory management and parts ordering.
