Pure Staff Ltd are currently recruiting for a Food Production Operative, to work for our client based just outside of Hartlebury, near Kidderminster and Droitwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for our client who has recently experienced a huge period of growth. Our client have expanding and have been leading experts in their field for over 35 years.
You will be joining an experienced team who will train you and develop your skills in this manufacturing and production sector.
Duties for this Food Production Operative role.
- Loading products into hoppers to be mixed
- Weighing products to ensure you create the correct blend.
- Labelling bags of mixed products
- Sealing bags of product ready to be palletised
- Quality checking items
- Some aspects of heavy lifting up to 25kg throughout the working shift
Hours of work available for this Food Production Operative role are as follows:
SHIFT MONDAY-FRIDAY
04:45 - 13:00
Pay for this shift is 13.00 per hour.
We have immediate starts available for this Food Production Operative role.
-Free on-site parking
- 28 days per annum annual leave (pro rata)
- Weekly pay and payslips viewable through an online portal
- Pension auto-enrolment

- Follow company rules and safety by adhering to hygiene standards, GMP, and Health & Safety practices, and report any issues, accidents, or hazards.
- Carry out product checks (e.g. pack seals, coding, defects) and complete all traceability and CCP records accurately.
- Drive improvements through completion of audits, suggest better ways of working, support new products and processes, and help the team achieve set goals.
About You
The successful candidate should have leadership/supervisory experience within a food manufacturer or FMCG business.

The package includes 30 days holiday (including bank holidays), Pension with 4% employer contributions, Employee Assistance Programme and the chance to work paid overtime.
The site is based in Worcestershire and is commutable from Birmingham, Evesham, Bromsgrove, Worcester and surrounding areas.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 5:00am to 1.30pm.
