We're looking for Aircraft Engineers (ideally with Part 66 Category B1 Licence) to work in a medium-sized, family run business based in Romford. With a small, bur gorwing engineering team, this company can offer real prigression routes for someone who shows good team leadership skills and the possibility to develop into the Chief Engineer.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- To maintain a fleet of both company and customer aircraft- entire systems
- To work under IAW Standards- EASA part M (continued airworthiness) and part 145
- To provide the CRS Signsture for Release to Service
- To support the engineering team, and intime, lead and manage others
What We're Looking For:
- A part 66 B1 license or working towards
- Experience wortking on aircraft (ideally Diamond, Tecnam, Piper and Cessna)
- Hold a drivbing license due to location

- Read and assess engineering drawings confidently

Part Time permanent position - 28 hours per week
£12.50 per hour
4 nights per week on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern from 10pm to 6am
This role requires you to have your own transport to get to site
CTC and DBS checks required for all potential candidates.
Your Time at Work
Working in Biggin Hill Airport as part of a team to deliver great customer service and aviation security to all our customers. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for aircraft protection, Aircraft Searches, baggage Search, passengers Search where required.
- Provide great customer service to passengers and customers
- Report all security incidents and concerns to the security supervisor
- Work positively and effectively with all team members and other airport and airline colleagues
- Comply with training, security regulations and G4S is company policies and procedures
- Work safely at all times and in line with G4S is safety standards, policies and procedures
- Always act professionally, dress smartly and be an excellent timekeeper

- Strong technical understanding of aircraft cabin systems, interiors, retrofit modification programs and certification pathways (STC, minor/major mods).
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships at C-level and across all levels of an organization, influencing stakeholders and driving commercial success.
- Strong commercial and financial awareness, including the ability to manage complex sales cycles, contracts, and negotiations.
