+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge and experience in systems or aerospace engineering
+ Professional Experience: At least 4 years of experience in application of industry-recognised system engineering processes, ideally related to embedded software development, with working experience in DOORS, Python and SQLite or equivalent tooling. Strong oral and written communication skills, with confidence and ability to work as part of a globally-distributed customers and teams- Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve challenging technical problems. **Desired Characteristics**

**Required Skills:**
+ Experience of requirements management and associated software (e.g. DOORS)
+ Experience of software architecture within a real-time and/or safety-related system and/or mission critical environment
