Estimator Key Essentials:
* As an Estimator, you will be required to tender on utility capital projects under NEC3 form of contract with values ranging from 500k - 5M
* Organising appropriate tender enquiries from key clients in the industry
* Administrating correspondence and tender documents
* When preparing tenders off a Bill of Quantities, you will be responsible for ensuring that all rates are current and correct
* You should have a good understanding of estimating processes and tender buying
* Responsible for investigating cost effective and / or alternative solutions
Estimator Requirements:
* Ideally qualified in Civil Engineering or have relevant Estimating experience of utility capital projects
* Good knowledge of NEC forms of contract
* Excellent I.T skills in Microsoft Office Packages including Excel
