SKILLS
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and brake system failures
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues or safety concerns
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed for repairs or modifications

• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting of complex vehicle issues.

• Conduct pre-delivery inspections and routine maintenance services.
• Perform work according to established service guidelines and manufacturer standards.
• Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and efficiently, minimizing comebacks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop bay.
• Order parts and manage inventory as needed.
• Advise service advisors on vehicle condition and necessary repairs.
• Mentor and train junior technicians, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Stay current with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

• Proven experience as a Senior Automotive Technician or Master Technician.
• Comprehensive knowledge of automotive systems, including engine performance, electrical systems, HVAC, and diagnostics.
• Proficiency with diagnostic software, scan tools, and electronic testing equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and service bulletins.
• Relevant automotive certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, Master Technician Certification) are essential.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
