- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate revenue reporting.
- Maintain and update billing records in the system.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes as required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the billing function.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
Profile
A successful Billings Specialist should have:
- Previous experience in a billing or finance-related role within the business services industry.
- WIP experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and billing processes.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
