The service users have various activities they attend with staff support. These include Snoozelum, Nova Club, in-house arts & crafts and cookery sessions, aromatherapy as well as house trips and holidays.

Engages best through tailored communication and sensory interaction. li>Epilepsy: Lives with complex epilepsy, including absence and myoclonic jerk seizures , which are frequently triggered by sound . This significantly impacts daily routines and requires a highly controlled, low-stimulation environment.
- strong>Dystonia: Experiences muscle stiffness and involuntary movements in the arms and legs, requiring careful handling and ongoing therapeutic input. li>Scoliosis: Severe scoliosis affects breathing due to rib compression on the lungs.
