Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior architects in the design and development of architectural projects.
  • Prepare architectural drawings, models, and presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
  • Conduct site surveys and analyze existing building conditions.
  • Research building codes, regulations, and materials.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure project success.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
  • Contribute to the development of design concepts and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural design and technology.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • 1-3 years of experience in architectural design (including internships).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong design and visualization skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Your day at NTT DATA
The successful candidate will be a trusted commercial advisor and will work closely with all areas of the business, including our sales and solutions teams as well as providing commercial assistance to both financial and non-financial personnel. What You'll Be Doing
Position Summary & Objectives
Commercial Modelling:

  • Take the commercial lead on large, complex, domestic and international client opportunities by ensuring profits are maximised, risks are understood and/or mitigated, and the client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Utilisation of Joint Venture, Risk / Reward, Gain Sharing, flexible consumption / utility-based pricing and other pricing variations.
  • Maintenance and development of innovative and commercially sustainable pricing models.
  • Responsibility and creation of the contract P&L reporting of new contracts and the ability to generate savings to both the client and the company throughout the life of the contract.
  • Responsible for the completion of asset financing requests, cashflow forecast, risk register, client pricing templates
  • Analysis of existing and new pricing methodologies to help drive continuous improvement and competitiveness while remaining profitable.
Governance:
  • Monitor and adhere to relevant Governance Policies.
  • Lead Commercial Reviews with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Board, sub-region and country management teams.
  • Ensure relevant Commercial Finance authorisations are obtained and adequately documented for audit and governance purposes.
