This client are concerned with a variety of building types, and their workload is split between commercial offices, Cat A and Cat B fit out, Pharmaceutical and Critical infrastructure.
They are looking for an M&E Building Services Manager (either Mechanical or Electrically biased). This role is sometimes referred to as a Technical Services Manager (TSM), or Building Services Manager (BSM) for Fitout Contractors.
You will be controlling the M&E Installation on Projects, taking projects from inception to completion. Previous fast-track M&E Management Installation experience within a fit out or refurbishment environment for a fitout contractor would be ideal however- our client will also consider project managers with a stable background working on decent projects with an M or Esub-contractor looking to move across to a main contractor.
