Your new role
As our new Senior Facade Engineer, you will be engaged in project delivery from early stages through to construction.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Preparation of design stage reports and façade tender documentation
- Thermal modelling and condensation analysis
- Contractor technical audits, tender reviews, due diligence reviews
- Site inspections/diagnostic work
- Assist in maintaining the high-quality façade service offering
- Assisting the UK team of engineers and technicians, and accountability for their deliverables
- Accountability for task delivery, quality and profitability

These include:
- Degree qualified in Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or similar,or equivalent experience
- Excellent knowledge of facade systems and construction techniques, procurement routes and risk assessment
- All round technical knowledge includingstructural analysis, thermal analysis, facade systems, facade materials, facade performances, specification, testing, manufacture and site
- Understanding of and some ability to use analysis software such as Mepla, Flixo, Vitrage, ANSYS etc.
- Very good communication skills in English
