A great opportunity has come up for an experienced Buiding Surveyor (ideally chartered - MRICS/ MCIOB) to join a forward-thinking consultancy who offer the full range of Building Surveying services to its clients in and around Nottingham.

You will be based out of their Nottingham office and be responsible for supporting and managing client projects to support the growth of the company. The role will involve a mix of project and professional work including contract administration, pre-acquisition surveys and dilapidation work, party wall consultancy, and fire reinstatement valuations mainly within Residential and Heritage sectors.

They should also:

  • Have a construction related degree and minimum 5 years' Building Surveying experience
