**Job Description:**
**What You'll Do**
Responsible for providing and coordinating support to leadership on strategic business initiatives including planning, prioritization, and project execution. Also, responsible for identifying and defining growth strategies for the international business as well as coordinating the rollout of those strategies.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
**How You'll Do It**
+ Lead or assist with the development and execution of strategies to drive acceptance, payment volume, and incremental revenue for the International Markets team. Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to identify and scale business development opportunities. Analyze and document business cases, including market needs, strategic rationale, go-to-market approach, commercialization, and scaling solutions.
+ Manage the initial implementation of strategies across the business, sharing best practices, monitoring roll out and providing analysis.
+ Prepare high quality, data driven strategy presentations, present to senior management and gain approvals and consensus
+ Manage and interpret data on business performance and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities. Develop dashboards to monitor effectiveness
+ Provides logistical support and leadership for many of the activities intended to set strategic direction and maintain alignment within the business. Participates in business unit scorecard and process reviews.
+ Provides overall direction and support to the leadership team in defining, prioritizing, pursuing, and monitoring major initiatives.
+ Manages and interprets data on business performance. Monitors and optimizes business performance.
+ Manages budget and expense planning.

**Business development**
Collaborate with our client partners, sales executives and client delivery teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities across existing and prospective clients.
Lead the strategic development of client pitches and RFP responses, including crafting compelling narratives and defining digital approaches.
Develop and present C-level thought leadership materials including innovation & vision decks, digital transformation strategies, market entry strategies and other point of views.
Spearhead go-to-market strategies for new digital service offerings or verticals.
Build long-term partnerships by delivering value beyond project execution, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
**Pitch creation and oversight**
Lead initial discovery and client workshops to frame strategic needs, user journeys, and digital ecosystem requirements.
Scope high-value projects, defining clear deliverables, timelines, and budget estimates.
Oversee creation of strategy deliverables (e.g. personas, journeys, digital strategies, etc.).
Coordinate with design, technology, data and analytics leaders to align strategic vision with cross-functional delivery.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Translate these opportunities into sellable offerings and educate the team.
**What experience you'll bring:**
+ Extensive (8+ years) career history in strategic leadership role within a customer experience agency, consultancy, or digital product environment.
+ Adept at translating business objectives into visionary, actionable strategies that span design, technology, and customer experience.
+ Experienced in leading senior-level client engagements, with proven ability to build trust and drive long-term relationships with stakeholders.
