We are working with a reputable company based in Corsham who require a professional Cabinet Maker / Joiner to join their organisation. The position is a permanent role paying up to £17.50 p/h + 20 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays (28 days in total).
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm and 8.30am - 4.00pm on Friday
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Joiner / Cabinet Maker.
Responsibilities:
- Building Tables and Wardrobes li>Doors li>Display Units and Seats < i>Reception Desks
- Operating Various Saws li>Using Hand tools li>Using Power Tools
- General Bench Joinery / Woodwork Duties

This role requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work with various hand tools and machinery. Good knowledge in all materials and different types of wood. As a Cabinet Maker, you will play a crucial role in creating bespoke cabinetry that meets their clients' specifications.
They will consider young candidates with basic knowledge and the right mindset, as well as a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities Include:
- Fabricate cabinets and furniture according to design specifications and client requirements li>Assemble components using appropriate joinery techniques to ensure durability and aesthetics
- Perform heavy lifting as needed during the fabrication and installation processes
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing wood materials
