Do you have strong stakeholder management and a keen eye for strategic direction? AXA UK’s Internal Communications team are looking for someone who can bring outside thinking in. You’ll assist in delivering our internal communications strategy with a focus on consistency and creativity in communications.
You’ll contribute to the planning and execution of campaigns, assisting in the creation of communication plans and ensuring quality control to help achieve engagement targets. Your role will involve developing an understanding of business priorities and key stories to amplify while supporting our tone of voice.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) towards the end of 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you’ll be doing:
- Understand business challenges and contribute to campaigns and channel strategies that drive engagement and promote a positive culture.
- Develop authentic relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders and colleagues.
- Work with senior leaders to develop impactful communications, including CEO messages and town hall meetings, while providing support to ensure consistency in messaging.
- Contribute creative ideas to develop engaging communication approaches that capture colleague attention and foster engagement.
- Support the management of multiple campaigns simultaneously, applying project management skills to assist in planning, organising, and prioritising tasks for successful delivery.
- Manage a pool of Internal Communications Business Partners, working collaboratively with team members to support priorities and workload management.
- Assist in analysing data to measure the impact of internal communications campaigns.
