We are searching for a Recruitment External Associate to join our client’s new team in UK.
As a Recruiting External Associate you are responsible for the administration and operational support of the recruitment process for our strategic client partnerships. The primary job function is the creation of complex offer letter documentation in accordance with strict compliance and legal standards. Successful candidates will have a strong customer service mindset, superior communication skills, be process driven, and have a keen attention to detail.
What you will do:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client recruiters to consultatively assist with the offer process
- Prepare offer documentation in accordance with compliance standards
- Use of applicant tracking system to maintain documentation of recruiting activities and workflow
- Respond within service level agreements to a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment.
What we would like you to have::
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year recruitment support, administration and/or customer service experience
- Solid experience and confidence with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to work within a remote team environment
- Detail orientated with record of follow-through
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Applicant tracking system experience, specifically iCIMS
- Fluent in English and Hebrew is a must have
- Working remotly from UK
- Willing to work from Sunday to Thursday
