Key Responsibilities:
- Play a vital role in helping people remain independent and comfortable in their own homes.
- Providing companionship and emotional reassurance.
- Supporting with personal care (e.g., washing, dressing, hygiene).
- Assist with medication management to ensure clients take their prescribed medications safely and on time.
- Assisting with meal preparation, light housework, and errands.
- Encouraging client independence and community engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a care role is preferred. However, a willingness to learn also welcomed.
- Naturally caring, compassionate, and trustworthy.
- Willingness to work alternate weekends, evenings and some weekdays.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Right to Work in the UK - Sponsorship is not available for this role.
