Do you believe that everyone deserves to live life to the fullest, with dignity, independence, and opportunity?
We are passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities to live meaningful lives - and we're looking for compassionate, resilient, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Workers .
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll be at the heart of someone's journey - helping them gain confidence, achieve personal goals, and enjoy everyday activities. No two days are the same. One day you could be helping with daily routines, the next you might be supporting someone to join a community activity, or even going on holiday with them.
You'll provide:
- Practical support - from household tasks, shopping and meal preparation, to personal care.
- Emotional support - being a listening ear, encouraging independence, and promoting wellbeing.
- Community support - helping people to build connections, friendships and enjoy activities that matter to them.
This is more than a job - it's the chance to make a lasting impact on someone's life, while building meaningful relationships along the way.
About You
We're not looking for experience - just people with the right values, empathy and commitment. If you are patient, kind, and can see the person before the disability, we'll give you all the training and support you need to thrive.
If you can bring:
- A belief that everyone should be valued and respected
- The ability to work flexibly as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow in your role
- A full UK driving licence (desirable, but not essential)
- Then you could be exactly who we're looking for.
What We Offer
- Comprehensive training, induction and ongoing development (including Care qualifications)
- A supportive team culture where your voice matters
- Opportunities to grow your career in social care
- Competitive pay and benefits
- The reward of knowing you're making a real difference

I’m a friendly lady in my 60’s who experienced a traumatic brain injury a few years ago. I am looking for a supportive, proactive person to help me stay independent at home and out in the community. I will need my support worker to offer encouragement, structure and companionship.
I am able to manage my personal care independently so I will not require assistance with this. I enjoy Pilates, Yoga, walks in the park, trips to the cinema and the occasional overnight stay which I would like you to join and support me on. Most importantly, you will support me with cooking, managing my house and exploring community activities. I would like for you to use your transport to support me in accessing activities and appointments for my rehabilitation.
Through my recovery, I have good days and bad days, so I really value patience, warmth and a calm, consistent approach. You will be a part of my multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team and play an important role in supporting my on-going recovery.
This role is subject to an Enhanced level DBS check. Full induction and training will be provided.
ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
To join me as a Support Worker you will need to: -
- Be able to drive and have use of a car.
- Drive the family vehicle.
- Have experience of supporting a person with a brain injury.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Be willing to register with Social Care Wales.
Also, Top Reasons to Apply: -
- Above the industry average for pay
- Mileage rate – 45p per mile
- Work directly for our client and not an agency (unlike most agency work you will spend quality time with your client which can make a real difference)
- Great opportunity for professional development
- Be part of an expert multi-disciplinary team
- Bespoke client induction and training
- Ongoing support and supervision from the dedicated Case Manager
