Blue Arrow Birmingham are looking for Food Production operatives in Tenbury Wells.
Requirements:
- Immediate Start
- 2.5 induction paid
Duties :
- Picking and packing orders
- Labelling products
- Checking for any defects
- Filling bottles
- Following Health and Safety procedures
Shift times: 10pm - 6am nights - Sunday to Friday
Rotational shifts (days) Monday to Friday
Week 1 : 6am - 2pm
Week 2: 2pm - 10pm
Hourly Rate:
12.60 pH
Skilled worker - 13.60
Shift Allowance:
Shift allowance nights: 300 additional in a month
Shift allowance days: 150 additional in a month
About You:
Able to work well in a team - Can support others around you to ensure tasks are completed
Can work well individually
Able to follow instructions
Must be reliable

NIGHT shift pattern:
Sunday to Thursday - 10pm - 6am.
Job Duties:
- Labelling products such as food pots, bottles
- Managing palettes and large quantities of stock
- Packaging products in accordance to companies procedures
- Preparing food to go into bottles, sachets.
- Organising throughout the shift
- Keeping up with the demand of the job and production levels required.

Able to work well in a team - Can support others around you to ensure tasks are completed
Can work well individually
Able to follow instructions
Must be reliable

- Proven track record in team leadership and technical mentoring
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, operations, and supply chain functions
- Experience working within regulated industries, preferably aerospace
- Proficient in problem-solving methodologies (e.g. root cause analysis, 8D, DMAIC) and process improvement tools (LEAN, Six Sigma)
- Skilled in project planning, product transfer, and data-driven decision-making
