- Experience in warehouse and/or food production.

- Experience with picking, packing and labelling.

- Ideally drive or be from the area due to shift times

Shifts.

DAY shift patterns are based on a weekly rotation which alternates.

Week 1: Monday to Thursday 6AM - 2pm Friday 5am - 12pm

Week 2: Monday to Thursday 2pm - 10pm Friday 12pm - 7pm

NIGHT shift pattern:

Sunday to Thursday - 10pm - 6am.

Job Duties:

- Labelling products such as food pots, bottles

- Managing palettes and large quantities of stock

- Packaging products in accordance to companies procedures

- Preparing food to go into bottles, sachets.

- Organising throughout the shift

- Keeping up with the demand of the job and production levels required.

Can work well individually
Able to follow instructions
Must be reliable

• Analyse production data to improve quality, delivery performance, and cost efficiency

Candidate Profile

• Expertise in mechanical/hydraulic systems and interpretation of complex engineering designs
• Proven track record in team leadership and technical mentoring
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, operations, and supply chain functions
• Experience working within regulated industries, preferably aerospace
• Proficient in problem-solving methodologies (e.g. root cause analysis, 8D, DMAIC) and process improvement tools (LEAN, Six Sigma)
• Skilled in project planning, product transfer, and data-driven decision-making
