Quality Assurance Engineer Shifts:
- Monday –Friday 08:30 – 16:30
Quality Assurance Engineer Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the integrity an effectiveness of the site’s QMS
- Maintenance of A management system
- Ensuring the site are adhering to the quality standards
- Conduct RCA and corrective and preventative actions CAPA against QMS delinquencies
- Review and approve quality documentation
- Configuration control of products and documentation
Quality Assurance Engineer Required Experience:
- 2 years experience working in a QMS role
- Auditor qualification would be beneficial (ISO9001 AS9100)
- Competent in using SAP, innovator, ETQ & QMS/ERP Systems
- Strong problem solving and experience with tools such as 5Y, RCCA & CAPA
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to work with cross functional team

This position will require you to work on rotating shifts with start time of both 0530 and then -1330, working 5 days out of 7.
As part of the leadership team you will offer strong communication skills and a desire to ensure your team is performing t its maximum capabilities
The main responsibilities associated with the role include
- lead and motivate your team on a daily basis
- Ensure the highest working stands are met at al times
- Ensure Production targets are met
- Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
- Report any maintenance or production issues in accordance with company procedures
- Have a flexible approach to meet company needs during busy periods
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
- Previous experience as a Team Leader in a busy production environment, ideally within Food industry

What will I be doing?
- Manage a portfolio of suppliers to ensure our requirements are met, working with poor performing suppliers to analyse the impacts of an improvement request and implement an action plan
- Participate in multisite supplier business reviews with a cross functional team (CFT)
- Work within a CFT to ensure successful work package transfers within the Supply Chain
- Support the Supplier Performance Quality Leader in the effective implementation of Supplier Performance strategy and initiatives
- Manage internal expectations with key customers to ensure full customer satisfaction.

What do I need to succeed in the role?
- Demonstrable working knowledge of SAP
