Our Quality Assurance (QA) team plays a vital role in ensuring that all procedures, facilities, and studies meet the highest standards of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP). As an independent function, QA is not directly involved in conducting the studies, which allows the team to provide objective oversight.
Role Overview:
As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of studies conducted at Sequani Limited. This involves monitoring study conduct and reporting, as well as inspecting critical study phases, procedures, facilities, and systems. You will also carry out audits of SOPs, study plans, and reports, applying your knowledge and developing expertise as you progress.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for quality, a strong desire to learn and develop, and a dependable, conscientious approach to their work.
You must be a graduate in a life science or have relevant experience and its advantageous to have had some work experience in a preclinical environment.
You’ll have a keen eye for detail, able to focus on your own tasks while also contributing to the team’s goals. Strong communication skills and a supportive, flexible approach are essential, as early starts and late finishes may be required.

What do I need to succeed in the role?
- Demonstrable working knowledge of SAP
- Significant supplier and order book management experience within an engineering environment
- Experience in manufacturing/production environment
- Proven ability to negotiate and influence suppliers using your broad understanding of business and your astute commercial awareness

The purpose of your role will be to manage the Cook Prep / High Risk Prep area, leading a team of Production Chefs, Food Safety Operatives, and Production Team Members. You will be responsible for maintaining food safety, product quality, health and safety, and protecting brand integrity.
Key tasks
- Follow company rules and safety by adhering to hygiene standards, GMP, and Health & Safety practices, and report any issues, accidents, or hazards.
