Operational Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day catering operations across multiple outlets.
- Ensure consistent high standards in food quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Lead and manage catering teams including chefs, supervisors, and front-of-house staff.
Strategic Development
- Develop and enhance the catering offer to meet customer expectations and market trends.
