As Chief of Staff, you will be the CEO’s right hand, balancing executive support with strategic insight. You will help translate direction into action, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure that priorities receive the attention they need. You will act as a trusted advisor, business partner, and proactive gatekeeper, enabling the CEO to focus on what matters most while driving operational excellence across the company.
Key responsibilities include:

The Role
This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-impact, purpose-driven business through its most ambitious phase of evolution. As CEO, you will drive the transformation from a manufacturing-led business to a market-leading provider of business services, encompassing data analytics, network management, consultancy, and equipment servicing. You will inspire and motivate an executive team and wider organisation, shaping a positive, values-led culture and delivering on the ambition to be the recognised leader in EV charging infrastructure. The Person
The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of senior leadership at CEO or equivalent executive level within a relevant sector (infrastructure, energy, logistics, transport, technology, or services). Experience of driving business transformation and navigating disruptive market change is essential, alongside strong commercial acumen, with direct experience scaling revenues and delivering on ambitious business targets. Strong communication, sound judgement, and high emotional intelligence are essential, as you guide high-performing teams through change with clarity, resilience, and a sharp focus on results.
