The primary purpose of this role is to retain clients and grow membership for UnitedHealthcare Global in the EMEA region. The person in this role has responsibility for managing and growing a portfolio of IPMI clients through broker partners, working alongside the sales team. **Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Deliver renewal of business against annual team target
+ Regular meetings with brokers to review portfolio and identify trends that have an impact on clients and service delivery
+ Quarterly reviews with tier one brokers in collaboration with sales team
+ Deliver client/member webinars to provide support and education to new clients and updates and refresh of benefits to existing clients with implementation of new business
+ Responsible for conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
+ Prepare and execute renewal of clients within individual portfolio
+ Communicate and implement annual renewal strategy
+ Maintain a continuous strong product, market and competitive landscape knowledge to support this process
+ Manage escalated client issues to resolution
+ Notify client of operational situations that may impact service
+ Regularly notify clients and brokers of any regulatory or product changes that have an impact
+ Updates and maintains data integrity of client databases and sales tools on a timely basis (e.g. SFDC)
+ Responsible for ensuring successful implementation of clients post onboarding, working with other departments to ensure our SLAs are achieved. Ownership of client service issues and escalations, managing the relationships with the functional leads across the business to ensure timely responses to issues
+ Seek to find new ways to build our brand and member engagement
