Key Qualifications:- NVQ Level 4 in Care (or equivalent) or at least two years of experience in a mental health setting.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide person-centered care through recovery-focused support, including key working sessions and group activities.

- Work on a 24-hour rolling rota , including 12-hour day and waking night shifts, with alternate weekends.

Your Role: What Will You Be Doing?As a Young Adults Transition Peer Worker, you will:
- Build and maintain therapeutic, person-centered relationships with young adults (ages 18–25) transitioning from CAMHS or accessing mental health services for the first time.
