We are seeking an experienced **Director, Compensation & Benefits (EMEA)** to join our Centre of Excellence on a **fixed-term contract** . This role provides critical leadership and continuity for our regional C&B agenda, ensuring competitive, compliant, and cost-effective programs across EMEA.

The Senior Vice President, Total Rewards serves as the enterprise leader responsible for designing and delivering a forward-looking total rewards strategy that attracts, motivates, and retains world-class talent. + Provide compensation program management and execution including but not limited to: base pay and variable administration, year-end performance and pay management/processing,

**KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR or equivalent.

+ Previous experience managing compensation programs, international experience preferred
+ Experience working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
