We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst for our client in the manufacturing sector with experience of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar ERP systems within a manufacturing setting.

The individual will have responsibility for providing technical support, system analysis and administration, and championing system best practice for the firm's financial systems which include Elite 3E, Intapp Time and Emburse expense management solutions. The firm has recently implemented a new Practice Management System after a multi-year programme and the role is instrumental in maximizing return on that investment.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring and data integrity checks for the suite of financial systems.
• System administration and support for other financial systems including Elite 3E, Intapp Time, Emburse, Enable (ERM). Analysing data feeds in Integration Builder to ensure accurate system integration.
• Handling missing time queries from both Legal Service and Business Service colleagues.
• Administering system access control and configuring system security.
• Proactively respond to queries and requests via email, telephone, and Fresh Helpdesk ITSM.
• Undertaking system Month End process as part of a rostered team.
