Job Description
Building Safety Manager required with NEBOSH qualification to property manage building safety across several sites in Essex and Kent. Working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours) on an annual salary between 45,000 - 48,000 depending on experience.
Main office base will be Romford in Essex , or Dartford in Kent .
Duties:
- Lead building safety across sites
- Ensure that planned and preventative maintenance is carried out
- Engage with internal staff and external contractors to ensure roles are performed in accordance with Fire Regulations
- Manage FRA - Fire Risk Assessments through to completion
- Ensure all contractors and staff work in accordance with rules and regulations
- Manage cleaning staff, and contract servicing, such as PAT testing, fire checks
- Deal with mould and damp complaints

Experience required:
- NEBOSH certification is essential
- Facilities management, Health and Safety, HSEQ experience is desirable
- Fire Safety qualification is desirable

- Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
- PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
