Reporting to the IT Director, EIT are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee all IT-related elements of multiple fit-out projects as part of the creation of a new campus. This role is central to ensuring that technology infrastructure and services are seamlessly integrated into the design, construction, and operationalisation of new spaces. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external contractors, and technology vendors to deliver secure, scalable, and future-ready IT solutions aligned with the organisation’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT components across multiple campus fit-out projects.
- Act as primary liaison between IT, construction teams, architects, facilities, and contractors.
- Ensure IT requirements are embedded from design through to operational handover.
- Oversee installation of infrastructure: structured cabling, networking, AV, security, and smart building technologies.
- Develop and maintain IT-specific project plans, RAID logs, issue resolution tracking and reporting to stakeholders.
- Partner and engage with senior leadership, end-users, technical teams and other business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate into actionable plans.
- Manage external vendors and suppliers to ensure technical and contractual compliance.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service continuity.
- Ensure quality control and validation of IT systems prior to handover.
- Lead testing, commissioning, and documentation of IT systems before occupancy.
- Support smooth transition to business-as-usual operations, including training and knowledge transfer.
- Conduct and manage post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in large-scale construction or campus development projects.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure: networking, AV, security systems, data centres, and end-user tech.
- Familiarity with smart building technologies and modern workspace integration.
- Excellent vendor and contract management skills, including procurement and negotiation.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and demands effectively.
- Clear and concise communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Adaptable to shifting business priorities and able to adjust plans accordingly in an evolving, scaling environment.

As a result of strong business growth, industry-leading product development in the biosensor business and a long-term commitment to high volume manufacturing in our Witney Centre of Excellence, we have an exciting opportunity to join our site EHS team, with a particular focus on contractor management.
Day to day, you will be responsible for supporting our expanding site, focusing predominantly on contractor liaison. You will manage and supervise all contractor and subcontractor activities, ensuring adherence to work authorisation and permit-to-work processes. By escorting and monitoring contractors onsite, you will ensure security protocols are followed, and through walkarounds and inspections, you will act as a role model for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will review and manage documentation, including risk assessments and method statements (RAMS). You will coordinate bookings and support compliance with site-specific processes, assist EHS and Facilities teams with compliance checks and site access arrangements, and ensure permit completion complies with local and regional legislation
You will be required to work un-supervised and complete all work tasks in a timely manner, working safely with specific procedures for tasks and documenting all worked carried out on an electronic PC based maintenance reporting system.
To be successful you will ideally have a NEBOSH General Certificate or suitable Level 3 equivalent in Environment, Health, and Safety or Environment, or bring a strong underpinning experience in a similar role with equivalent level qualifications. You will bring a breadth of experience in contractor management, and a working knowledge of the current Construction (Design & Management) Regulations is preferable for this role due to the varying scope of site projects. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, highly organised and excited about joining a team at the forefront of Diabetes Care innovation. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who takes initiative and is able to work within a small team, but interactive on a wider business scale. You will need to have excellent communication and time management skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00
Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced Plumbers/Pipefitters to join a school project located in Wallingford (Oxford area) starting Mid-October. This is a contract role expected to last a minimum of 4 months, with potential to extend for up to 6 months, depending on project progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of Domestic Hot and Cold-Water Systems
- Pipefitting duties in line with building regulations and project specifications
- Working from drawings and instructions provided on-site
- Maintaining health and safety standards at all times
Requirements:
- Valid Blue or Gold CSCS Card
- Previous experience on similar domestic/commercial plumbing installations
- DBS Certificate - Beneficial
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Own tools and PPE

Job Description
Our client offers Technical M&E service support to the Commercial Building Maintenance sector.
They are a small team of highly skilled mobile engineers covering London, Greater London and South of England.
The role is to provide a variety of general maintenance and reactive services and corrective works on buildings, plant and site
Skills and experience:
Essential that you have experience working within plant rooms and have excellent communication skills.
Full current driving licence with no more than 3 points. The successful candidate should ideally possess the following:
- A sound knowledge of mechanical engineering and the ability to carry out planned and un-planned safety inspection and maintenance work on mechanical plant and associated equipment in accordance with FSG20 and the like.
- To have completed a recognised apprenticeship or hold a recognised qualification e.g. City & Guild, BTEC, NVQ level 3 in a mechanical engineering discipline as a minimum qualification
- Experience of selecting and installing a wide range of pipework types and systems
- The ability to read and understand schematic drawings in order to carry out effective fault finding and diagnostics.
- Experience of working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Electrical principals appropriate to actuation of mechanical systems and plant
- Experience of working with pumps (DOL and inverter driven) and capable of undertaking fault finding / repairs when necessary
- Experience of Health & Safety procedures relevant to engineering activities and the safe handling of heavy equipment
- Willing and able to work in a varied, multi-skilled role, assisting other trades as and when required
- Experience of PPM systems of work
- Produce details of time and materials required for any minor works for quoting purposes
- Ability to provide job updates and reports in a timely fashion, including all necessary technical detail needed to enable correct remedial works when required
