Team Description: The curation team members are the tour guides of Reddit. Welcoming new users and helping them discover where they belong and in the process supporting the growth of smaller unknown communities. As a member of this team, you will help improve Reddit’s content understanding and make a big impact on content experiences across all of Reddit.

Role Description: While based in the UK, this role will be focusing on India and neighboring countries. You will map Reddit by contextualizing and identifying relationships between subreddits and posts based on culture, trends, audience, genre and/or theme. You will create categories and label subreddits and posts to improve Reddit’s content understanding, resulting in better ML recommendations. You must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays and you can choose 2 weekdays to not work at your discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with India Content Lead to implement content strategy.
  • Drive Reddit’s understanding of different communities, content and audiences in India and APAC.
  • Understand policy and labeling guidelines and execute accurate labels based on those guidelines.
  • Content labeling (maintaining the accuracy and coverage of our community topics and ratings).
  • QA of Machine Learning results and creation of data-sets for Machine Learning training.
  • Identifying common patterns in datasets and document insights based on labeling observations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Native language proficiency and cultural knowledge of India.
  • Experience with investigating, reviewing, or assessing digital content.
  • Deep knowledge of and passion for Reddit, internet culture and online trends.
  • Strong understanding of news, sports, cinema, business and cultural events
Bonus Points:
  • Language capabilities in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, and Kannada
  • Experience as a successful content creator/curator/social media manager for TikTok/YouTube/Instagram.
  • Experience as a moderator on Reddit.

This is a great opportunity for a Junior Creative who’s ready to build ideas - not just decks - and help shape how brands show up in football culture.


We’re looking for a talented Junior Content Creative to join our growing creative department. You’ll bring bold, social-first ideas, a strong interest in football and culture, and the ambition to produce best-in-class branded content for our clients.


Working closely with senior creatives and the wider team, you’ll help ideate and pitch smart, shareable campaigns - from tactical social posts to culturally-driven hero films. This is a hands-on role, giving you experience across the full creative process: from idea generation and development, through to presentation and production.


1 to 3 years experience in the creative industry is a must, with experience at a digital publisher a bonus. A deep understanding of football beyond the pitch is preferred, transcending all aspects of popular culture and so should their thinking.


What You'll be doing:


  • Support Seniors in conceiving and executing ambitious branded content campaigns that will delight our clients and Footballco’s enormous global audience.
  • Show a desire to own your ideas beyond the pitching phase of a project and get stuck in with pre-production / production / post with the support of Senior members of the team.
  • Come up with fresh, shareable social content ideas that cut through a crowded marketplace and make the seniors feel (even) older than they are.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of all social media platforms, from Instagram to Tik-Tok and how to create content that gets shared.
  • Collaborate with writers, directors, editors, designers and more.
  • Fostering originality in your ideation, proposing innovative concepts that challenge conventional thinking.

This is a great opportunity for a Junior Creative who’s ready to build ideas - not just decks - and help shape how brands show up in football culture.


We’re looking for a talented Junior Content Creative to join our growing creative department. You’ll bring bold, social-first ideas, a strong interest in football and culture, and the ambition to produce best-in-class branded content for our clients.


Working closely with senior creatives and the wider team, you’ll help ideate and pitch smart, shareable campaigns - from tactical social posts to culturally-driven hero films. This is a hands-on role, giving you experience across the full creative process: from idea generation and development, through to presentation and production.


1 to 3 years experience in the creative industry is a must, with experience at a digital publisher a bonus. A deep understanding of football beyond the pitch is preferred, transcending all aspects of popular culture and so should their thinking.


What You'll be doing:


  • Support Seniors in conceiving and executing ambitious branded content campaigns that will delight our clients and Footballco’s enormous global audience.
  • Show a desire to own your ideas beyond the pitching phase of a project and get stuck in with pre-production / production / post with the support of Senior members of the team.
  • Come up with fresh, shareable social content ideas that cut through a crowded marketplace and make the seniors feel (even) older than they are.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of all social media platforms, from Instagram to Tik-Tok and how to create content that gets shared.
  • Collaborate with writers, directors, editors, designers and more.
  • Fostering originality in your ideation, proposing innovative concepts that challenge conventional thinking.
  • Be passionate about your ideas and confidently communicate your creative vision to senior members + the wider team.
  • Pay close attention to detail when crafting decks, focusing on elements such as imagery and copy to maintain a great standard.
  • Work closely with the production and delivery teams on a daily basis.
  • Work closely with the strategy and client services team and be client-facing.
  • Be an active participant when it comes to attending shoots, which may mean occasional evening and/or weekend work.
  • Ensure ideas can happen relative to budgets, timing, and capabilities.
  • Be willing to learn and adapt.
  • Be hungry to develop and progress in your career.


What You Have:


  • A creative portfolio or examples of diverse thinking and eye-catching ideas.
  • A stand-out creative mind ready to push the boundaries.
  • Experience working in the creative industry, whether it be in a professional or personal setting.
  • A passion for big thinking and an eye for craft across a number of social channels.
  • An understanding of football and all that it fuses beyond just the pitch –fashion, music, gaming, culture etc…
  • An interest in and deep knowledge of social, including experience producing work for a variety of platforms.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and an ability to inspire internal and external stakeholders with your storytelling and ideas.
  • A can-do attitude and the willingness to support Senior members of staff when called upon.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm to learn from your team and other departments/disciplines. You’re a creative sponge who isn’t afraid to ask questions!
  • Ability and willingness to attend our office in Holborn at least 3 times per week.


Desirables

  • You’re a creative person by trade - and have creative interests/passions outside of the working environment.
  • You have experience working with brands in the world of social content.
  • Experience with Google Slides and Adobe Creative Suite.

You'll be the central engine of their marketing efforts - planning and executing campaigns end-to-end, managing content production, and making sure what we produce gets seen, shared, and acted on.

You'll work closely with the Sales Director, senior leadership team, and an experienced external marketing consultant. You'll also take ownership of their competitive analysis - helping ensure they stay ahead on
market positioning, messaging, and demonstrating what makes them different and why it matters.

You'll lead the marketing strategy for events and trade shows - from pre-event campaigns and messaging, to on-site materials and post-event follow-up.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you'll be trusted to lead, pitch ideas, and run with them. It's ideal for someone who brings energy, commercial focus, and a drive to turn strategy into action.

Key Responsibilities
Content, Campaigns & Conversion
- Own the content marketing strategy and editorial calendar
- Produce high-quality content - including email campaigns, social posts, sales decks, landing pages, case studies, blogs and whitepapers
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution: from concept through content production to amplification
- Ensure content is seen and shared across key audiences, channels, and formats
- Repurpose and adapt content for multiple channels to maximise reach and effectiveness
- Create compelling LinkedIn posts and visuals using Canva templates

Commercial & Strategic Impact
- Support ABM and sales enablement with tailored content for key accounts
- Engage confidently with Directors and C-Suite to align marketing with business priorities
- Own competitive analysis - from monitoring and insight gathering to reporting and strategic input
- Track performance and continuously optimise for SEO, lead engagement, and conversion

Events
- Lead content and campaign strategy around key events and trade shows
- Create pre-event promotion, on-site materials, and post-event follow-up content
- Collaborate with Sales on lead nurturing activity

Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with our external marketing consultant to align campaigns and creative direction
- Contribute to wider marketing activity - including email workflows, launches, and internal communications
