- Act as a content design lead in multi-disciplinary squads, supporting agile delivery and backlog management.
- Take ownership of web content projects, from brief to delivery, translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling copy.
- Optimise user journeys through strategic content placement, A/B testing, and in-journey experimentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to adapt product marketing messaging into web-ready formats that meet user intent and drive conversion.
- Track and measure the impact of content changes, demonstrating improvements in engagement, conversion rates, lead volumes, and revenue.
- Provide consultancy and guidance on content best practices, supporting internal teams with tone of voice and style guide application.
- Leverage AI tools to improve content creation efficiency, develop content engineering skills, and explore innovative ways to integrate AI into workflows.
Skills, Know-How, and Experience
- Experience in a web content designer role within a global or matrix environment, ideally B2B.
- Proven track record creating content for high-traffic websites with complex information architecture.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to produce clever, clear, concise, and user-focused copy.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, conversion optimisation, and user-centred content design.
- Experience working in agile environments, with prioritisation, brief refinement and ticket sizing skills.
- Able to perform in a variety of working models including the content design method, agency-client, cross-functional creative pods, co-design model and consultancy/advisory.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities, high EQ, and the capability to influence at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions using analytics, research, and commercial insights.

Role Summary

Role Summary
Triad is seeking a skilled Content Designer to join our team working on meaningful public sector digital services. You'll play a critical role in creating clear, concise, user-focused content for government-facing products and services. Your work will directly support the delivery of accessible, usable, and inclusive digital experiences for citizens.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including user researchers, service designers, developers, and policy experts. You'll be expected to uphold the principles of the (url removed) content style guide and contribute to agile delivery teams across the entire product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Research & Discovery - Conduct content audits, analyse user needs, and assess the content requirements of public sector services.
- Content Strategy - Develop and manage content strategies aligned with service and user goals.
- User-Centered Design - Write and iterate content based on user research, testing feedback, and analytics.

Skills and Experience
- Proven experience designing content for digital services within UK government or public sector organisations.
- Deep understanding of the (url removed) content style guide and GDS Service Manual.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on plain English and accessibility.
- Experience conducting and applying findings from user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Jira, Figma, and collaboration platforms like Miro.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality content to tight deadlines.
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary agile teams, using agile and iterative design methods.
- Comfortable liaising with stakeholders and explaining content decisions clearly and confidently.
Qualifications & Certifications
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as English, Communications, UX Design, or Journalism - Desirable
- Due to the nature of this position, you must be willing and eligible to achieve a minimum of SC clearance. To be eligible, you must have been a resident in the UK for a minimum of 5 years and have the right to work in the UK.
