We’re looking for a data-driven Organic Growth Manager who can supercharge Sumsub’s presence across search engines, answer engines, LLMs and other discovery platforms — turning intent-driven traffic into qualified leads. If you’re passionate about blending technical SEO mastery with strategic content growth, this role is for you.
You’ll be the go-to person for all things organic growth at Sumsub: from keyword research and content optimization to technical site audits and SEO experiments. Your work will directly impact how prospects discover us and how we capture demand across global markets.
What You Will Be Doing:
- SEO Strategy & Planning: Build and execute quarterly SEO roadmaps (including localization strategies for a multi-lingual website), collaborating closely with content, social, growth, and analytics teams.
- Advanced SEO Research: Conduct in-depth keyword and topic research using Semrush, Ahrefs; organic traffic insights with GA4, GSC, Looker Studio to identify high-value opportunities, content gaps, and competitive advantages.
- Trend Integration: Implement cutting-edge SEO tactics, including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and LMEO (Large Model Engine Optimization) to future-proof Sumsub’s organic visibility.
- Performance Tracking & Insights: Monitor, analyze, and report on organic performance using GA4, GSC, Semrush, and Ahrefs dashboards, as well as Superset dashes, translating data into actionable insights.
- Technical SEO Excellence: Manage site health, on-page optimization, internal linking, schema markup, and performance improvements. Work closely with developers to ensure crawlability and indexability.
- Content Optimization: Partner with the content (Sumsuber Media) and PR teams to optimize articles, case studies, and media features for organic reach, Google News, etc.
- Website Management: Oversee and enhance our WordPress-based website, ensuring SEO best practices are embedded into all new and existing pages.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with product marketing, growth, and analytics to ensure organic insights inform overall go-to-market strategy.
About You:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in driving measurable organic growth, ideally in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
- A proven track record of delivering organic traffic and ranking growth , with examples and metrics.
- Strong hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs (bonus: Screaming Frog, Looker Studio).
- Excellent knowledge of technical SEO, including site architecture, schema, Core Web Vitals, and international SEO considerations.
- Experience in multilingual SEO , including localization strategies, hreflang implementation, and optimizing for multiple regional search engines.
- Solid understanding of content marketing and optimizing for Google News.
- Experience working cross-functionally with content, dev, design, and product teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of search and discovery trends, especially AEO, GEO, LMEO.
- Proficiency in English, any other foreign language is a plus.
