About The Company:
They provide Mechanical, Electrical, Fabric and Management services for a wide range of buildings spanning the public, residential, commercial and private sectors.
They are currently recruiting an experienced building services administrator to join their busy team.
The successful candidate will be assisting the busy helpdesk with raising jobs, booking in
emergency / reactive call outs and routine maintenance visits, dealing with incoming calls
and emails, providing quotations to clients, raising purchase orders, ordering materials,
general admin and filing.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position is preferred. li>Live within a commutable distance to Kings Langley. Hertfordshire.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Organisation skills.

Salary: From £38,000 to £42,000 plus travel time and over time
We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position to cover a region that includes Surrey and Kent.
This position will be working for an established building services company that deal with the service, maintenance and breakdown within commercial buildings
The right person for this position will have a strong building services maintenance background. They need to be multi skilled but with an electrical bias
They will be supporting the engineers across Surrey and Kent, with the occasional support to the engineers in Berkshire. The is no Central London work
Requirements

My client has been in the HVAC industry for over 45 years now. We specialise in commercial chillers, boilers and air conditioning. In the last 10 years, we have also moved with the industry into FM services and more recently District Energy.
We have experienced growth in a new sector within our industry which we are calling Energy Services. We have been working for two major players within the district energy business, servicing sites around London. We have successfully tendered a static contract at a landmark site in London for which we now need to recruit a static team to deliver a first-class service to our customers.
Therefore, they want to recruit static mechanical/electrical engineers to help in the running of this contract.
