Job Description
About you
You know every stage of a vehicle conversion. From linings and floorings to towbars, roofbars, locks, steps and auto electrics, you take pride in doing the job right and delivering high quality results. You are hands-on, detail focused and always prepared to roll up your sleeves.
You are ready for leadership. Maybe you are already leading a team or maybe you are ready for the step up, but either way you know how to set the standard, guide others and keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish.
Your experience
You have proven experience in full vehicle conversions and you are confident across multiple areas such as lining, racking, auto electrics, locks, livery and handovers. You are reliable, practical and someone a team can learn from.
Qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Installation and Maintenance of Auto Electrical Systems or an ECS Health, Safety and Environmental Card would be an advantage, but your hands-on skills and leadership ability matter most.
What you will be doing
You will be leading and guiding a growing team of vehicle converters and installers. You will be working with high quality brands and products, installing complete vehicle conversions including electrical elements, and making sure the workshop runs safely, smoothly and efficiently.
This is a role where you will stay hands-on, support the team and make sure every project is delivered to the highest standard.
About the business
This is a well-established company with strong growth plans and the facilities to back them up. The team is expanding and this is an opportunity to step in at the right time, with the chance to shape the role and make it your own.

If you are an experienced vehicle conversion professional who is ready to take on leadership and deliver work to the highest standard, I would love to hear from you. Apply now or get in touch for a confidential chat.
