We’re on the hunt for a bold and brilliant Head of Internal Communications – a strategic thinker, influential leader, and powerful storyteller who’s ready to reimagine how we connect with our people.
As part of the People Leadership Team, you’ll shape and deliver an internal communication strategy that connects our business priorities with the daily experiences of our people – whether they’re managing high-tech fulfilment centres, planning logistics across the UK, or supporting behind the scenes in our warehouses.
Leading a talented team of six, you’ll take full ownership of our internal communications strategy – driving clarity, culture, and connection at every level of the business.You’ll advise senior leaders, lead during moments of change, champion culture and engagement, and ensure that every message has impact. From warehouse floors to boardroom briefings, your work will shape how our people feel about Ocado Logistics, every single day.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and deliver our internal communications strategy , aligned with business goals, cultural priorities, and colleague needs, using data to measure impact.
- Transform the way we communicate with a diverse, dispersed workforce – from drivers on the move to customer fulfilment teams to head office colleagues
- Advise and influence senior leaders , guiding tone, message, and timing to ensure maximum impact
- Optimise our communication channels (including intranet, Connect+, digital screens and more) to meet people where they are
- Lead communications major change and transformation programmes, helping colleagues feel informed, involved and supported
- Champion culture, engagement and inclusion , ensuring every voice feels seen and heard
- Lead, grow and inspire your team of five, creating a centre of excellence for internal comms
What we’re looking for
This role is ideal for a senior internal communications leader who thrives in fast-paced, operational environments and is ready to take on real strategic ownership.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience leading internal communications in a large, complex business – ideally with an operational and frontline workforce (logistics, retail or manufacturing, aviation, transport) or similar.
- Strong strategic and creative skills – able to design and deliver communication plans that inform, inspire and drive change.
- Brilliant storytelling ability – with a sharp eye for simplifying complex topics
- Experience advising senior leaders and managing business-wide messaging
- A deep understanding of multi-channel communication and colleague segmentation
- Team leadership experience, with a collaborative and empowering approach

**About the Role**
The Snapdragon X Series is Qualcomm's next-generation platform for Windows laptops, delivering high performance, long battery life, and advanced on-device AI. As a **Compute Partner Marketing Communication Specialist** , you will be instrumental in shaping and executing Qualcomm's partner engagement strategy across EMEA. You'll work closely with OEMs to educate and excite both channel partners and consumers about Snapdragon-powered devices.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Regional & HQ Collaboration**
+ Partner with San Diego-based product and partner marketing teams to localize value propositions and product roadmaps for EMEA.
+ Build strong cross-functional relationships with global marketing, PR, digital, social, training, and brand teams to support OEM go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
+ Collaborate with EMEA category and OEM sales leads to prioritize markets and partners, and develop tailored business plans.
+ Deliver monthly consumer channel reports with insights, sales performance, and upcoming initiatives.
**OEM & Partner Engagement**
+ Manage and grow marketing relationships with OEMs and partners across EMEA.
+ Understand partner needs and develop marketing programs and tools that align with their business goals.
+ Drive Snapdragon compute sales by ensuring Qualcomm is well-represented in OEM marketing and retail materials.
+ Lead local GTM planning and partner engagement activities.
+ Coordinate with OEM PR and training teams to maximize launch visibility and deliver impactful training programs.
+ Support creation and distribution of OEM launch packs (logos, trademarks, benchmarks, etc.).
+ Track and report OEM sales and market share performance.
+ Maintain a directory of partner assets and assist with brand portal onboarding and asset approvals.
**Market Development Funds (MDF)**
+ Manage local MDF programs with channel partners:
+ Define sales reporting and payment processes.
+ Oversee purchase requisitions and financial reporting.
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ 4+ years in partner marketing, customer relationship marketing, or related roles within tech, consumer electronics, or PC channels.
+ Strong understanding of OEM and retail ecosystems in EMEA.
+ Experience in semiconductor, communications, or technology sectors preferred.
+ Proven ability to define and execute consumer and commercial channel programs.
+ Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
+ Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
+ Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
+ Strong project management and budget handling capabilities.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
