Our client, a specialized environmental services company, is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Remote COVID-19 Cleaning Technician Specialists. While the role is designated as 'remote', it primarily involves providing expert guidance, oversight, and quality assurance for cleaning and disinfection protocols implemented by on-site teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning operations, particularly those related to virus mitigation, adhere to the highest industry standards and regulatory requirements. This position requires extensive knowledge of sanitation best practices, disinfection agents, and infection control measures, all delivered through remote communication and management tools.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of cleaning methodologies and service delivery.
- Troubleshoot and provide guidance on challenges faced by on-site cleaning teams in implementing protocols.
- Liaise with site managers and stakeholders to ensure consistent application of standards across multiple locations.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in professional cleaning, sanitation, or infection control, with a strong focus on biological hazard mitigation.
- In-depth knowledge of EPA-approved disinfectants, their application, dwell times, and safety precautions.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and CDC guidelines related to infectious disease control and cleaning in commercial/institutional settings.
- Excellent understanding of infection prevention and control principles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain complex procedures remotely.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools (e.g., video conferencing software, project management platforms, cloud-based document sharing).
- Ability to conduct virtual assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.
- Certification in professional cleaning, infection control, or a related field is highly advantageous.
