Future's mobile app products are a core source of revenue and projected growth. You will be part of Future's technology investment, focused on rolling out new apps for our broad range of brands.

Reporting to the Tech Lead, you'll be an important member of Future's Apps Team, working in close collaboration with the wider Technology & Engineering department.

  • React Native and TypeScript expertise  with a track record delivering high-quality iOS and Android apps, including diverse theming and UX considerations (Tamagui, accessibility, etc.).
  • Effective communicator  able to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and lead collaborative teams using Git/GitFlow, with peer review best practices.
  • Experience with data handling  from databases and APIs, with an understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, Vector, Graph) and asynchronous architectures (queues, topics, subscriptions, and event sourcing).

  • Experience with both front-end and back-end development.
  • Experience with a web development framework, preferably Blazor.
  • Ability to develop a working software solution in a team environment from concept to finished product.

Desirable Criteria:
