Student Accommodation requires a customer focused Temporary Receptionist Customer Service Assistant to deliver the onsite operations.

Working as part of a team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the residents receive an excellent level of service. Working 37.50 hours a week over 5 days which will include some weekends.

Duties will include:

  • Face to face resident interaction, building a good relationship and rapport with customers ensuring they feel welcome, safe and at home.
  • li>Handle day to day enquiries and complaints from residents and escalating where required.
  • Support in the preparation and delivery of customer communication ensuring residents are regularly updated on building matters and other matters that may impact their experience.
  • Manage parcel overflow ensuring both residents and delivery companies are ‘managed’ to follow parcel strategy.
  • Inspections of communal areas including cleanliness, hazards or health and safety issues, lighting and following through to ensure completion.
  • Ensure the resident move in and move out process is seamless.

Requirements

  • Previous Customer Service, Reception, Front of House.
  • Experience within property, hospitality, travel or similar would be an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.

We are looking for someone like you to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor for The Royal Mint based in Llantrisant, CF72 8YT.

Our Customer Service Advisors play a key role in ensuring The Royal Mint delivers an exceptional customer experience. You'll manage interactions across various social media channels, web platforms, and handle phone calls, live chats, and emails. Your role will involve solving problems, providing advice, and delivering outstanding service. Each day, you'll collaborate with diverse teams within The Royal Mint, working together to consistently exceed customer expectations with every interaction.

Shifts available and pay rate:

There are 2 shifts and payrates available

  • Core Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Pay rate of 24,847
  • Extended hours - Monday to Friday, working every other Saturday Pay rate of 26,430 per year
  • Mid-week mornings: 8 AM to 4 PM
  • Mid-week afternoons: 12 PM to 8 PM
  • Saturday shift: 9 AM to 4 PM
  • Sunday shift: 10 AM to 5 PM

What you will do on a typical day as a Customer Service Adviser for The Royal Mint:

  • Handle a variety of customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Represent The Royal Mint, ensuring all communications reflect its brand and values.
  • Collaborate with different departments to resolve customer queries promptly and personally.
  • Maintain clear, accurate records to facilitate effective problem-solving and track customer service success.
