We're looking for a Data & Reporting Lead to drive the development of reporting processes and ensure data integrity for a major programme. This role plays a key part in supporting supplier-led data reconciliation, implementing data governance practices, and capturing stakeholder reporting needs. You'll harness tools and systems to deliver both regular and ad hoc reports that enable informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver reporting solutions aligned to business and programme needs
- Own daily and weekly data management and reporting for both internal and external stakeholders
- Produce timely and accurate reports to support strategic decision-making
- Create ad hoc reports to support programme monitoring and deployment
- Collaborate with the Data & Reporting team to maintain data accuracy and consistency
- Promote continuous improvement by challenging existing practices and staying informed on industry trends
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Interpret data, build dashboards and provide insight
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint, including VBA and Power Query
- Experienced in working with workflow systems and extracting/analysing data from various platforms
- Background in Telecoms, especially in site deployment and knowledge of RAN (Radio Access Network) (Desired)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting (Desired)

We are looking to recruit an individual to fulfil a Geospatial data visualization and analytics position within our Landmark Product Line. Successful candidates will be enthusiastic and motivated people who can upskill in our processes and ultimately take the lead on multiple geospatial workflows and delivery requirements. In short, we are looking for people who have bags of enthusiasm and a desire to deliver and maintain analytics and GIS solutions to customers.
You will work with several product teams responsible for defining, designing, developing, and supporting an integrated subsurface evaluation solution that meets business needs across the energy sector.As such there are diverse geospatial and dashboard delivery requirements. We are particularly interested in those with prior knowledge of Spotfire, FME and GIS administration.
Responsibilities include:
- Administration of our geospatial delivery products
- Delivery of data, Spotfire dashboards and server maintenance
- ESRI Arc systems
- SQL database administration
- Managing documentation and wikis.
- Assisting to manage, maintain, and implement our geospatial databases and their delivery
- Support of ArcMap desktop AddIns (ArcMap Custom toolbars).
- Assist in the development of web mapping solutionsand embedding geospatial datasets for customers
Essential skills:
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Self-Starter: willing to learn new technologies, ability to learn fast
- Strong complex problems solving skills
- Candidate should have some experience or interest in creating data schemas, and ontologies, defining properties and rules for different dataset types to encourage data consistency across the business.
- Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, SQL, FME).
- Undergraduate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, related field or relevant experience
- Technical experience with relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL/MSSQL with PostGIS extension and/or
- Technical experience with Spatial Database Engine (SDE) such as ArcSDE within a Geospatial data management scenario
Up to 5 years industry experience covering some of the following:
- Analytics development experience - Spotfire, PowerBI etc.
- Spatial data processing and spatial data management processes
- Technical experience with relational database management systems
- Experience with ArcGIS Pro
- Developing with ESRI ArcPy with SQL Server and Postgres query
Preferred Experience:
- Experienced with FME Safe Software
- Experienced in ArcGIS Online administration
- Database administration experience
- Agile practitioner
- Experienced in Git workflows
- Developing against cloud based services (AWS / Azure)
- Geoscience/Energy background
