As the Business Intelligence Lead you will be responsible for developing the data analytics & business insights for the Johnson & Johnson MedTech UK & Ireland business. You will build current and future technical capabilities which aid data driven strategic decision making and support business growth across all franchises. You will be responsible for data integrity to support business processes, and you will implement agile analytics which meet the evolving needs of the business and helps drive and measure efficiency of the overall UKI business strategy.
You will constantly strive to challenge the status quo, continuously reviewing and improving data capabilities.
You will work each day with multifunctional teams including Franchise Leadership Teams, Sales and Marketing, Service & Solutions, IT, Finance and Supply Chain as well as EMEA regional colleagues and will get a fantastic insight into how Johnson & Johnson works. You be part of a high performing team to and focus on excellence in execution, and you will contribute to evolving data capabilities and data driven decision making.
**What to expect:**
Developing technical data capabilities (PowerBI)
Building tools that support business & market insights to the business
Supporting in driving integrity and accuracy of data
Supporting the execution of SFE strategy for the business
Supporting the Reward & Recognition workstream (commission) for the business

Development and maintenance of BI and sales data platforms.
